Scott Schwartz is an American actor, producer, and director. He is best known for his work on the television series The O.C. and the film The O.C. Confidential.

Schwartz was born in Los Angeles, California, on October 22, 1968. His parents are television producer Aaron Schwartz and actress Barbara Schwartz. He has two sisters, Rebecca and Jessica. Schwartz was raised in a Jewish household.

Schwartz attended the University of Southern California, where he studied theater. He began his acting career in the early 1990s, appearing in several television commercials. He made his film debut in the 1992 film The Mighty Ducks.

In 2003, Schwartz directed and produced the film The O.C. Confidential, based on the television series The O.C.. The film was a critical and commercial success.

Schwartz has been married to actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler since 2016. The couple has two children together.

As of 2021, Schwartz has a net worth of $5 million.
