Lisa Brennan-Jobs is the daughter of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs and Chrisann Brennan. She was born on May 17, 1978, in San Francisco, California. Her parents met while attending college at the University of California, Berkeley.
I wrote something about the thinking behind the Small Fry cover (designed by the wonderful Alison Forner). The cover had to communicate a lot since the book had the potential to be overwhelmed by one part of the story. https://t.co/OGDyySHUej pic.twitter.com/nEbTDfTi2U

Brennan-Jobs was raised primarily by her mother and spent time living in a commune and with her father when he could be convinced to take her in. She had a difficult relationship with her father, who was often absent and emotionally distant. Jobs denied paternity for years, even though a DNA test proved he was her father.
Brennan-Jobs attended high school in Palo Alto, California. She then went on to study at Harvard University, where she majored in English.
After graduation, Brennan-Jobs worked as a journalist for GQ magazine and as an editor at Wired magazine. She also worked as a teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area.
In 2005, Brennan-Jobs co-founded the non-profit organization called Appleseed, which helps connect children in need with resources and opportunities.
In 2014, Brennan-Jobs published her memoir, Small Fry, which chronicles her childhood and relationship with her father.
Brennan-Jobs has an estimated net worth of $10 million.
