Kimberly Russell is an American actress. She was born on October 9, 1963 in New York City, New York, USA. Her parents are Barbara and William Russell. She has two sisters, Tracy and Kelly. She attended the High School of Performing Arts in New York City. After graduation, she studied acting at the Stella Adler Conservatory of Acting.

Russell began her career appearing in commercials and guest starring roles on television. She made her film debut in the 1981 film, The Great Muppet Caper. She went on to star in the films, A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987), Tango & Cash (1989), and The Mask (1994).

From 1992 to 1995, Russell starred as Dr. Jennifer Devlin on the television series, Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. She has also had guest starring roles on the television series, CSI: Miami (2002), Without a Trace (2003), and Nip/Tuck (2006).

Russell has been married twice. Her first husband was actor Andrew Stevens. They were married from 1983 to 1987. Her second husband is actor John Wesley Shipp. They have been married since 1999. Russell has two daughters, Sydney and Scarlett.
