Flesh-n-Bone, born Stanley Howse, is an American rapper, actor, and record producer. He is a member of the rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony.

Howse was born on September 23, 1969, in Cleveland, Ohio. His parents are African American. He has five siblings. Howse was raised in a single-parent household. His mother worked two jobs to support the family.

Howse dropped out of high school in the 10th grade. He began his career as a rapper in the early 1990s. He co-founded the rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony in 1993. The group achieved success with their debut album, Creepin on ah Come Up (1994). The album was certified quadruple platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Howse has also released solo albums. His debut solo album, T.H.U.G.S. (1996), was certified platinum by the RIAA. He has appeared in films such as I Got the Hook Up (1998) and Halloween: Resurrection (2002).

Howse has been convicted of several felonies. He was sentenced to 11 years in prison in 2000 for violating his probation. He was released from prison in 2009.
