Alex Parvis is an American businessman and entrepreneur. He is the co-founder and CEO of Parvis Enterprises, a holding company that owns and operates a number of businesses in the United States.
Parvis was born in Los Angeles, California, on October 15, 1965, to Armenian immigrants. He has two sisters. He was raised in a middle-class neighborhood and attended local public schools.
After graduating from high school, Parvis attended the University of Southern California, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He then went on to earn a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Parvis began his career working in the financial services industry. He then co-founded Parvis Enterprises in 1992. The company has since grown to become a successful holding company with interests in a variety of businesses, including real estate, hospitality, and healthcare.
Parvis has been married twice. His first marriage ended in divorce. He has three children from his first marriage. He married his second wife, Lara, in 2009. They have two children together.
Parvis is a philanthropist and has donated to a number of charities over the years. He is also an active supporter of the Armenian community and has been involved in a number of Armenian-American organizations.
