Taylor Hayes (born March 3, 1993) is an American professional racing driver. She currently competes full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 7 Chevrolet Camaro for JR Motorsports.

Hayes was born in Baltimore, Maryland. Her father, Jimmy, is a former race car driver who competed in the NASCAR Busch Series and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Her mother, Tina, is a former model. She has two older sisters, Jordan and Kennedy.

Hayes began her racing career in go-karts at the age of eight. She won numerous championships in go-karts before moving up to stock cars in 2010. She competed in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East in 2012 and 2013, winning one race and finishing fourth in the points standings in her second season.

In 2014, Hayes made her NASCAR Xfinity Series debut, driving the No. 44 Chevrolet Camaro for JR Motorsports. She finished ninth in the points standings that season. The following year, she won her first Xfinity Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Hayes has three career Xfinity Series wins and 14 top-five finishes. She has also competed in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and the ARCA Racing Series.
