Richard Bey (born May 25, 1951) is an American television and radio personality. He is best known for hosting The Richard Bey Show, a daytime talk show which aired on WBIS-TV (now WWOR-TV) in New York City from 1993 to 1998.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Bey is the son of a Jewish father and an Italian-American mother. He has two sisters. He was educated at Brooklyn College, where he earned a degree in communications.

Bey began his career as a radio disc jockey in the 1970s. He later transitioned to television, hosting a variety of shows on the New York City television station WWOR-TV. His most notable show was The Richard Bey Show, a daytime talk show which aired from 1993 to 1998.

During his career, Bey has interviewed a variety of celebrities, including Oprah Winfrey, Bill Cosby, and Donald Trump. He has also been a guest on several talk shows, including The Tonight Show and The View.
