Mark Ferguson is an Australian news presenter. He is currently the co-anchor of Seven News Sydney, the flagship edition of Seven News.

Ferguson was born in Sydney, New South Wales, on 4 February 1967, the son of a newsreader and a television producer. He has two older sisters. He was educated at St Aloysius’ College, Milsons Point and the University of Technology, Sydney, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

Ferguson began his career in television as a cadet journalist with ATV-10 in Melbourne. He then moved to Brisbane, where he worked as a reporter and presenter for BTQ-7. In 1992, he joined Seven News Sydney as a reporter and presenter. He was promoted to co-anchor of the flagship edition of Seven News in 2002.

Ferguson has won several awards for his work as a news presenter, including the Logie Award for Most Popular Male Personality on Australian Television in 2006 and 2007. He has also been nominated for the Gold Logie, the highest award in Australian television, on three occasions.

Ferguson’s salary is reported to be in the range of $1 million to $1.5 million per year. His net worth is estimated to be $5 million.

Ferguson is married to journalist and news presenter Jodie Speers. They have three children together.
