Keith Coogan is an American actor who has appeared in numerous films and television shows. He was born in Palm Springs, California, on January 26, 1970, the son of Nancy and William Coogan. He has two sisters, Tracy and Ashley. He was educated at the Palm Springs High School and the University of Southern California.

Coogan began his acting career in the 1980s, appearing in such films as The ‘Burbs (1989), Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead (1991), Toy Soldiers (1991), and Hocus Pocus (1993). He also had a recurring role on the television series Roseanne from 1992 to 1997. In recent years, he has appeared in the films Epic Movie (2007), Superhero Movie (2008), and 17 Again (2009). He also had a recurring role on the television series Desperate Housewives from 2006 to 2010.

Coogan has been married twice. His first marriage was to actress Jennifer Grey from 1989 to 1995. His second marriage is to actress Paige Turco, with whom he has two children.
