Marcus Alexander Bagwell (born January 10, 1970), better known by his ring name Buff Bagwell, is an American professional wrestler and actor. He is best known for his appearances with World Championship Wrestling (WCW) from 1991 to 2001.

Bagwell was born in Marietta, Georgia, the son of Judy and Robert Bagwell. He has two brothers, Brad and Brian. He attended Lassiter High School in Marietta, where he was a member of the wrestling team. He began his professional wrestling career in 1989, working on the independent circuit.

In 1991, Bagwell signed with World Championship Wrestling. He made his debut at The Great American Bash, defeating PN News in a match. He quickly rose through the ranks of WCW, winning the WCW World Television Championship in 1992. He held the title for six months before losing it to Steve Austin.

In 1993, Bagwell formed a tag team with Scotty Riggs, known as Pretty Wonderful. The team won the WCW World Tag Team Championship twice. They held the titles for a total of five months before losing them to The Nasty Boys.

In 1995, Bagwell won the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship, defeating Sting in a tournament final. He held the title for two months before losing it to Lex Luger.

In 1996, Bagwell feuded with Lex Luger over the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship. The feud culminated in a match at Starrcade, which Luger won.

In 1997, Bagwell formed a tag team with Scott Steiner, known as The Steiner Brothers. The team won the WCW World Tag Team Championship three times. They held the titles for a total of six months before losing them to The Outsiders.

In 1998, Bagwell won the WCW World Television Championship for the second time, defeating Chris Jericho in a tournament final. He held the title for one month before losing it to Booker T.

In 1999, Bagwell feuded with Curt Hennig over the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship. The feud culminated in a match at Fall Brawl, which Hennig won.

In 2000, Bagwell feuded with Lex Luger over the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship. The feud culminated in a match at Starrcade, which Luger won.

In 2001, Bagwell left WCW and joined the World Wrestling Federation. He made his debut at WrestleMania X-Seven, defeating Booker T in a match. He was then drafted to the SmackDown! brand, where he feuded with Kurt Angle.

In 2002, Bagwell was released from the WWF due to injuries. He then returned to WCW and rejoined The Steiner Brothers. The team won the WCW World Tag Team Championship for the fourth time. They held the titles for one month before losing them to Diamond Dallas Page and Kevin Nash.

Bagwell left WCW again in 2003 and returned to the independent circuit. He has also made appearances in television and film, including an appearance on an episode of Walker, Texas Ranger in 1995.

In 2010, Bagwell was inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame.
