Alfredo Ramos is a Mexican professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Liga MX club Tigres UANL and the Mexico national team.

Born in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Ramos began his career with Tigres UANL, making his professional debut in 2009. He spent time on loan with Mexican second division club Dorados de Sinaloa and Liga MX club Morelia before returning to Tigres UANL in 2012. He has been a regular starter for the club since 2013, winning the Liga MX championship in 2015 and 2016.

Ramos has also been a member of the Mexico national team, appearing in the 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup and the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
