Langdon was born in London, England on March 5, 1974. His parents are both English, and he has two older sisters. He was educated at St. Paul’s School in London and later attended the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.

Langdon’s musical career began in the early 1990s when he formed the band Spacehog with guitarist Richard Steel and drummer Jonny Cragg. The band released their debut album, Resident Alien, in 1995 and had a hit single with the song “In the Meantime.” They followed up with the album The Chinese Album in 1998 and went on tour with Oasis and Pearl Jam.

In 2000, Langdon made his acting debut in the film Lost in Space. He also had a recurring role on the television show Charmed as the character Kyle Brody.
