Laura Harris is a Canadian actress. She is known for her roles in the television series Dead Like Me, ReGenesis and Stargate Universe.

Harris was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She is the daughter of Ann (née Wilson) and John Harris. She has two sisters, Rebecca and Jennifer. Harris was raised in Oakville, Ontario. She attended Appleby College and Queen’s University.

Harris began her acting career in the early 1990s. She had roles in the television series Street Legal and Forever Knight. She also appeared in the films The Skulls and Final Destination 2.

In 2003, Harris was cast as Daisy Adair in the television series Dead Like Me. The show ran for two seasons and was cancelled in 2004. Harris received a Saturn Award nomination for her performance on the show.

In 2009, Harris was cast as Dr. Carolyn Lam in the television series Stargate Universe. The show ran for two seasons and was cancelled in 2011.

Harris has also had roles in the films White Noise, I’ll Always Know What You Did Last Summer and The Reaping.

Harris is married to actor Jared Keeso. They have two sons together.
