Kevin Max (born August 17, 1967) is an American singer, songwriter, and actor. He is a member of the Christian rock band Audio Adrenaline and has also released several solo albums.
Max was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and grew up in a musical family. His father was a church music director and his mother was a choir director. He began playing piano at age five and drums at age eight. He went on to study music at Liberty University in Virginia.
Max’s career began with the Christian rock band Audio Adrenaline. The band released their debut album in 1992 and achieved success with their second album, Bloom, which was certified gold by the RIAA. The band went on to release several more albums before disbanding in 2006.
Max launched his solo career in 2007 with the release of his debut album, Stereotype Be. The album peaked at No. 24 on the Billboard Christian Albums chart and received positive reviews from critics. Max has released three more solo albums, all of which have charted on the Christian Albums chart.
In addition to his work as a musician, Max has also appeared in several films and television shows, including the 2006 film The Nativity Story and the television series 7th Heaven.
Max has been married twice and has three children. He currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
