Karan Ashley is an American actress, dancer, and singer. She is best known for her role as Aisha Campbell in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers television series.
Ashley was born on October 28, 1975 in New York City, New York. Her parents are of Jamaican and African descent. She has two older sisters. Ashley attended the High School of Performing Arts in New York City.
Ashley’s acting career began in 1992 when she was cast as Aisha Campbell in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers television series. She appeared in all three seasons of the show. After the show ended, Ashley appeared in guest roles on various television shows, including The Steve Harvey Show, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, and JAG.
In 2001, Ashley made her film debut in the independent film Black Knight. She has also appeared in the films You Got Served (2004) and Roll Bounce (2005).
Ashley has been married twice. Her first marriage was to actor Johnny Yong Bosch from 2000 to 2002. Her second marriage is to actor David J. Stewart, with whom she has two children.
Ashley is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
