Rah Digga is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. She is best known for her work with the group Busta Rhymes and for her solo hit “Breakfast in Bed.”

Born in Newark, New Jersey, Rah Digga was raised in a strict Muslim household. Her father was a imam and her mother was a schoolteacher. Rah Digga was educated at a local Islamic school and later attended Rutgers University.

Rah Digga began her career as a member of the rap group Busta Rhymes. She appeared on the group’s albums The Coming (1996) and When Disaster Strikes (1997). She also appeared on Busta Rhymes’ solo album E.L.E. (The Final World Front) (1998).

In 2000, Rah Digga released her debut solo album Dirty Harriet. The album was a critical and commercial success, reaching #3 on the Billboard 200 chart. The album’s lead single, “Breakfast in Bed,” was a top 40 hit in the United States.

Rah Digga has released two more solo albums, Classic (2004) and The Next Chapter (2007). She has also appeared on numerous songs with other artists, including Missy Elliott, Busta Rhymes, and Mos Def.
