Glaudini began her career in the theater, appearing in Off-Broadway productions. She made her film debut in the independent film “The Perez Family” (1995). She has also appeared in the films “The Insider” (1999), “Training Day” (2001), “Hollywoodland” (2006) and “The Happening” (2008).
