Jimmy Graham is an American football tight end for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the University of Miami, and was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft. He has also played for the Green Bay Packers.

Graham is a five-time Pro Bowl selection, and was a First-team All-Pro in 2013. He led the NFL in receiving touchdowns in 2013, and is second all-time among tight ends in receiving yards per game, behind only Tony Gonzalez.

Early Life

Graham was born on November 24, 1986, in Goldsboro, North Carolina. His parents are Jimmy and Diane Graham. He has two sisters, Jenny and Kristi.

Graham attended Goldsboro High School, where he played football and basketball. He was a two-time All-State selection in football, and was named the conference’s Player of the Year as a senior.

In basketball, Graham was a three-time All-Conference selection. He helped lead his team to the state semifinals as a junior.

Graham attended the University of Miami, where he played for the Miami Hurricanes football team from 2005 to 2009. He was redshirted as a freshman in 2005.

As a sophomore in 2006, Graham started 11 of 12 games, catching 17 passes for 213 yards and two touchdowns.

As a junior in 2007, Graham started all 13 games, catching 31 passes for 356 yards and five touchdowns.

As a senior in 2008, Graham started all 12 games, catching 50 passes for 656 yards and eight touchdowns. He was named a Second-team All-American by the Associated Press.

2010 NFL Draft

Graham was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the third round (95th overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft.

2010 season

As a rookie in 2010, Graham played in all 16 games with one start, catching 31 passes for 356 yards and five touchdowns.

2011 season

In 2011, Graham played in all 16 games with 14 starts, catching 99 passes for 1,310 yards and 11 touchdowns. He was named to his first Pro Bowl, and was named a First-team All-Pro by the Associated Press.

2012 season

In 2012, Graham played in all 16 games with 15 starts, catching 85 passes for 982 yards and nine touchdowns. He was named to his second Pro Bowl.

2013 season

In 2013, Graham played in all 16 games with 16 starts, catching 86 passes for 1,215 yards and 16 touchdowns. He was named to his third Pro Bowl, and was named a First-team All-Pro by the Associated Press. He led the NFL in receiving touchdowns.

2014 season

In 2014, Graham played in 11 games with 10 starts, catching 48 passes for 605 yards and three touchdowns. He was named to his fourth Pro Bowl.

2015 season

In 2015, Graham played in 16 games with 16 starts, catching 65 passes for 923 yards and six touchdowns. He was named to his fifth Pro Bowl.

2016 season

In 2016, Graham played in 15 games with 15 starts, catching 57 passes for 520 yards and six touchdowns.
