Steve Moses is an American professional ice hockey player. He was born on February 16, 1992, in Leominster, Massachusetts. Steve Moses began playing hockey at the age of four. He played for the Leominster High School hockey team and was captain of the team during his senior year. After high school, Moses attended the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, where he played for the Minutemen ice hockey team. In his junior year, Moses was named to the Hockey East All-Star team. He graduated from UMass-Amherst in 2014 with a degree in sports management.

Moses began his professional career with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League (AHL). He made his NHL debut with the New York Islanders during the 2015-16 season. In 2016-17, Moses set an Islanders franchise record for most goals by a rookie in a season, with 20. He also had four game-winning goals, which was tied for the most among all NHL rookies that season.

Moses has represented the United States at several international tournaments. He won a gold medal with Team USA at the 2013 IIHF World Championship. He also played for Team USA at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.

Moses is currently in his fifth season with the Islanders. He has appeared in over 200 NHL games and has scored over 50 goals in his career. Moses has a wife, Gabrielle, and two daughters.
