Randy Graff is an American actress, singer, and producer. She is best known for her Tony Award-winning performance in the musical City of Angels and for her role as Carla Tortelli on the sitcom Cheers.

Graff was born in Queens, New York, on May 23, 1953. Her parents were both Jewish immigrants from Eastern Europe. She has two older sisters. Graff was raised in the Forest Hills neighborhood of Queens. She attended the High School of Performing Arts, where she studied acting.
Graff made her Broadway debut in the musical Grease in 1978. She won a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for her performance in City of Angels in 1989. She has also appeared in the Broadway productions of Les Misérables, The Scarlet Pimpernel, and Fiddler on the Roof.
Graff’s film credits include The First Wives Club, A Walk on the Moon, and The Producers. She has also appeared in the television series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and The Good Wife.
Graff is divorced from actor Robert Desiderio. They have two daughters: Alexandra and Sophia. Graff has been in a relationship with actor Kevin Anderson since 1996.
