She later transitioned into the entertainment industry, working as a talent agent for a number of years. In 2005, she founded her own talent agency, which represents a number of high-profile clients. Mary is also an active philanthropist, supporting a number of charitable causes. She is married to actor Tom Cruise, with whom she has two children.
