Luke Aaron Benward (born May 12, 1995) is an American actor and singer. He is known for his first major role as Billy Forrester in How to Eat Fried Worms (2006), and his role as Dylan Conner in the Disney Channel Original Series Good Luck Charlie.

Benward was born in Franklin, Tennessee, the son of Kenda Benward (née Wilkerson), an occasional actress, and Aaron Benward, a country music singer in the duo Blue County. He has two sisters, Gracie and Maegan. Benward’s mother is from Ringgold, Georgia, and his father is from Nashville, Tennessee. He is of English, Scottish, Irish, and German descent.
Benward’s acting career began when he was cast as Billy Forrester in How to Eat Fried Worms (2006). He has also appeared in We Were Soldiers (2002) as David Moore, Glory Road (2006) as Jerry Chambers, and Minutemen (2008) as Mikey Blumberg. In 2008, he also had a role in the film Fireproof. In 2010, Benward co-starred in the film Dear John as Alan Grey. The same year, he also co-starred in the film Secretariat as Seth Hancock.
Benward has also appeared in the Disney Channel Original Series Good Luck Charlie as Dylan Conner, the best friend of Teddy Duncan (Bridgit Mendler). In 2011, he also had a role in the film Lemonade Mouth as Wen Gifford. In 2012, Benward co-starred in the film Cloud 9 as Kayla Morgan.
Benward has also appeared in the music video for “That’s What I’m Talking About” by Rascal Flatts.
