La’Myia Good is an American actress and singer. She is best known for her role as Tasha Clarkson on the BET television series Being Mary Jane.

Good was born in Los Angeles, California, on October 10, 1988. She is the daughter of actor Lamont Bentley and actress Lisa Vidal. Good has two sisters, Lyric and Amber.

Good was educated at the prestigious Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles. She went on to study acting at the University of Southern California.

Good’s acting career began in 2006 with a guest role on the television series All of Us. She has since appeared in a number of film and television roles, including The Game, Lincoln Heights, and Castle. Good’s breakout role came in 2013 with her portrayal of Tasha Clarkson on Being Mary Jane. The show was a critical and commercial success, and Good’s performance earned her a BET Award for Best Actress in a Drama Series.

In addition to her work on Being Mary Jane, Good has also released music as a solo artist. Her debut single, “No Love,” was released in 2014.

Good has been in a relationship with actor Lance Gross since 2015. The couple has one child together, a daughter named Berkeley.
