Jim Neidhart was born in Tampa, Florida, on February 8, 1955. He was the son of a professional wrestler, and he began his own wrestling career while still in high school. Neidhart quickly rose through the ranks of the professional wrestling world, and by the early 1980s he was one of the top stars in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). Neidhart was best known for his partnership with Bret Hart, with whom he formed the tag team known as the Hart Foundation. The team was one of the most successful in WWF history, winning two WWF Tag Team Championships. Neidhart also had a successful singles career, winning the WWF Intercontinental Championship in 1997.

After leaving the WWF in 1997, Neidhart wrestled for a number of smaller promotions. He retired from wrestling in 2000, but made occasional appearances on WWE television shows in the following years.

Neidhart had a number of personal problems in his later years, and he was arrested several times. He died of a heart attack on August 13, 2018, at the age of 63.

Jim Neidhart was born James Henry Neidhart on February 8, 1955, in Tampa, Florida. He was the son of professional wrestler Owen Hart and his wife, Helen. Neidhart’s father was a Canadian wrestler who became a star in the United States during the 1950s and 1960s. Neidhart has two sisters, Ellie and Brette.

Neidhart began his wrestling career while still in high school. He trained under his father and then under Stu Hart in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Neidhart made his professional debut in 1974. He wrestled in various Canadian and American promotions throughout the 1970s and early 1980s.

In 1982, Neidhart signed with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). He quickly became one of the promotion’s top stars. He formed a tag team with Bret Hart, and the two men became known as the Hart Foundation. The team won the WWF Tag Team Championship twice. Neidhart also had a successful singles career, winning the WWF Intercontinental Championship in 1997.

Neidhart left the WWF in 1997. He wrestled for a number of smaller promotions before retiring from wrestling in 2000. In retirement, he made occasional appearances on WWE television shows.

Neidhart had a number of personal problems in his later years. He was arrested several times for various offenses, including domestic violence and drug possession. He also struggled with addiction to painkillers.

Neidhart died of a heart attack on August 13, 2018, at the age of 63.
