Hawk Koch is an American film producer and former president of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. He has produced such films as Wayne’s World, Pretty Woman, and Air Force One.

Koch was born in Los Angeles, California, the son of Barbara (née Hirsch) and Maurice “Sonny” Koch. His father was a Jewish emigrant from Poland who owned a successful clothing store, while his mother was a Christian Scientist from Iowa. Koch has two sisters, Sherry and Linda.

Koch was educated at Beverly Hills High School and the University of Southern California. He began his career in the mailroom of William Morris Agency before moving into film production.

Koch has been married three times. His first wife was actress Marilu Henner, with whom he has two children. Koch’s second wife was producer Gale Anne Hurd, with whom he has one child. Koch’s third wife is actress Leslie Stefanson.

Koch has a net worth of $40 million.
