Gawn Grainger is a Canadian actor, director, and producer. He is best known for his work on the television series The L Word, where he played the role of Angus Partridge. He has also appeared in the films The Chronicles of Riddick and The Day After Tomorrow.

Grainger was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on October 30, 1970. His parents are both Canadian. He has two sisters. Grainger attended high school in Toronto. He then studied acting at the National Theatre School of Canada.
Grainger’s first acting role was in the television series Street Legal. He then appeared in the film The Chronicles of Riddick. He has also appeared in the films The Day After Tomorrow and The Incredible Hulk.
Grainger has been married to actress Mia Kirshner since 2010. They have one child together.
