Fraser Clarke Heston (born October 11, 1955) is an American actor, director, and producer. He is the son of actors Charlton Heston and Lydia Clarke.
Heston was born in Los Angeles, California, the only child of actors Charlton Heston and Lydia Clarke. His parents divorced when he was two years old, and he was raised by his mother. He has two half-sisters, Holly Ann Heston (from his father’s first marriage to actress Lydia Clarke) and Christina Heston (from his father’s second marriage to actress Lydia Clarke).
Heston attended high school in Beverly Hills, California, and graduated from UCLA with a degree in film and television production.
Heston’s first acting role was in the television film The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles: Treasure of the Peacock’s Eye (1995), in which he played Indiana Jones as a young boy. He also appeared in the television films The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles: Daredevils of the Desert (1996) and The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles: Travels with Father (1996).
In 1998, Heston made his feature film debut in the drama The Testaments of One Fold and One Shepherd, in which he played the role of Jesus Christ. He also appeared in the 2000 historical drama Joseph and Mary, and the 2001 war film Pearl Harbor.
In 2002, Heston co-starred in the biographical drama Che Guevara, in which he played the title role. He also appeared in the 2004 historical drama The Alamo, and the 2006 war film Letters from Iwo Jima.
In 2008, Heston starred in the historical drama The Far Side of Jericho. He also appeared in the 2009 war film In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale, and the 2010 science fiction film Skyline.
In 2012, Heston starred in the action thriller The Expendables 2, and in 2013 he had a supporting role in the biographical drama Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom.
Heston has also directed two films: The Legend of Zorro (2005) and Southland Tales (2006).
As of 2021, Heston’s net worth is $20 million. He has been married to actress Catherine Zeta-Jones since 2000, and they have two children together.
