Nancy O’Dell is an American television host and entertainment journalist. She is the co-anchor of the syndicated entertainment news show Entertainment Tonight. She has also been a correspondent for The Insider, Access Hollywood, and Today.

O’Dell was born in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on February 25, 1966. Her parents are Charles and Nancy O’Dell. She has two sisters, Leslie and Amy. O’Dell graduated from Clemson University with a degree in marketing.
O’Dell began her career as a news anchor and reporter for WPDE-TV in Myrtle Beach. She then moved to WBIR-TV in Knoxville, Tennessee. In 1995, she joined Access Hollywood as a correspondent. She became the co-anchor of Entertainment Tonight in 2009.
O’Dell has been married to Richard Gere since 2016. They have one son together, Homer. O’Dell was previously married to Keith Zubchevich from 1995 to 2004. They have two daughters together, Ashlee and Olivia.
