Mark Cronin is an American television producer and writer. He is the co-founder of the production company,51 Minds Entertainment, which is responsible for creating and producing several reality television series, including The Surreal Life, Flavor of Love, Rock of Love, I Love New York, For the Love of Ray J, and A Double Shot at Love.
Cronin was born in 1968 in Massachusetts. He has three siblings. Cronin attended the University of Notre Dame, where he studied film and television production. After graduation, he worked as a development assistant at NBC. He later became a staff writer for the sitcoms Roseanne and Married… with Children.
In 2002, Cronin and his business partner, Cris Abrego, founded 51 Minds Entertainment. The company has produced a number of successful reality television series, including The Surreal Life, Flavor of Love, Rock of Love, I Love New York, For the Love of Ray J, and A Double Shot at Love.
Cronin has been married twice. His first marriage was to Julie Yaeger, with whom he has two children. His second marriage is to Marci Klein, with whom he has one child.
Cronin has an estimated net worth of $10 million. He earns a salary of $2 million per year.
