Kevin Hayes (born August 5, 1992) is an American professional ice hockey player for the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks in the first round, 24th overall, in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.

Hayes was born in Dorchester, Massachusetts, and grew up in Boston. He is of Irish descent. His older brother, Jimmy, is a former professional hockey player who was drafted by the New York Islanders in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft and now plays for HC Sochi of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). His younger brother, Kevin, is a forward for the Boston University Terriers men’s ice hockey team.
Hayes played high school hockey for Catholic Memorial School in West Roxbury, Massachusetts. He then played collegiate hockey for Boston College, where he was named to the Hockey East All-Rookie Team in 2011 and was a member of the 2012 NCAA championship team.
Hayes made his professional debut with the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League (AHL) in 2013. He was traded to the New York Rangers in 2014 and made his NHL debut that year. He won the Stanley Cup with the Rangers in 2015. Hayes signed with the Flyers as a free agent in 2019.
Hayes has represented the United States internationally on several occasions, winning a gold medal at the 2010 IIHF World U18 Championships and a bronze medal at the 2013 IIHF World Championships.
