Kate attended St. Hilda’s School for Girls and then went on to study acting at the National Institute of Dramatic Art.

Kate’s acting career began in 1992 with a role in the Australian television series Home and Away. She has also appeared in the television series All Saints and in the film The Castle. In 1998, Kate had a role in the James Bond film Tomorrow Never Dies.

Kate has been married twice. Her first husband was James Packer, with whom she has two children. Her second husband is Jules Robinson. Kate has a net worth of $20 million.
