She began her career working for the Spanish news agency Efe. She then worked as a journalist for the Spanish newspaper El País. In 2006, she began working as a television presenter for the Spanish television channel Antena 3. She has also worked as a presenter for the Spanish radio station Cadena SER.
She has won several awards, including the Premio Ondas in 2009 and the Premio Nacional de Periodismo in 2011.
She is married to the Spanish journalist Javier Negre. They have two children together.
