Weaver W. Adams was born in the small town of Weaverville, North Carolina, on October 18, 1883. His parents were William and Martha Adams. He had two brothers and one sister. Weaver was a bright child and did well in school. He was especially interested in mathematics and science. After graduating from high school, he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He graduated with a degree in engineering in 1906.

Weaver began his career working for the Southern Railway Company. He soon rose to the position of chief engineer. In this role, he oversaw the construction of many miles of track and bridges. He also designed and built several of the company’s locomotives. Weaver’s work for the Southern Railway Company earned him a reputation as one of the best engineers in the country.

In 1920, Weaver left the Southern Railway Company to start his own engineering firm. He quickly gained a reputation as one of the most innovative and successful engineers in the country. His firm designed and built bridges, dams, and other structures all over the United States. Weaver’s most famous project was the Hoover Dam, which was built in the 1930s.

Weaver Adams was a very wealthy man. He was worth millions of dollars when he died in 1957. He was married twice and had four children.

Weaver Adams was a highly successful engineer who left a lasting legacy. He was a brilliant man who helped to shape the modern world.
