Dana Brunetti is an American film producer and entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of the production company Trigger Street Productions, and was the president of Kevin Spacey’s production company, Trigger Street Productions. Brunetti has produced films including Captain Phillips, The Social Network, and Fifty Shades of Grey.
Brunetti was born in Fairfax, Virginia, on August 1, 1971. His father was a real estate developer and his mother was a homemaker. He has two sisters. Brunetti was raised in a Catholic household. He attended Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria, Virginia. He played football and lacrosse in high school.
Brunetti attended the University of Southern California, where he studied business and finance. He interned at CAA and William Morris Agency before graduating in 1993.
Brunetti began his career working as an assistant to director Sydney Pollack. He later worked as a development executive at Propaganda Films and Tollin/Robbins Productions. In 1998, he co-founded Trigger Street Productions with Kevin Spacey.
Brunetti has produced films including Captain Phillips, The Social Network, and Fifty Shades of Grey. He has also executive produced the television series House of Cards and The Battered Bastards of Baseball.
