Angus T. Jones is an American actor best known for his role as Jake Harper on the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men. He was born on October 8, 1993, in Austin, Texas, to parents Carey and Clyde Jones. Angus has two older sisters, Dixie and Gretchen. He was homeschooled for part of his education and later attended the Austin School for the Performing Arts.

Angus was the first child whom the casting crew saw for the role of Jake on Two and a Half Men (2003). They liked him so much that they cast him immediately.
