Amanda de Cadenet (born May 19, 1971) is a British-American television personality, author, photographer, and feminist. She is the host of the Lifetime show Undateable and the author of the book It’s Messy: On Boys, Boobs, and Badass Women.

De Cadenet was born in London, England. Her father, Anthony de Cadenet, is a race car driver and her mother, Jane Mallory Birkin, is an actress. She has two sisters, Charlotte and Alexandra. De Cadenet was educated at St. George’s School in Ascot and at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in Los Angeles.
De Cadenet’s career began as a model and actress. She appeared in the films The Rachel Papers (1989), Drop Dead Fred (1991), and Batman Forever (1995). She also appeared in the television series The Word (1988) and The Little House on the Prairie (1974). In 1992, she co-founded the fashion label Wildfox Couture with her then-husband, Gavin Rossdale.
In 2010, de Cadenet began hosting the Lifetime show The Conversation, which featured interviews with celebrities such as Demi Moore, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Lady Gaga. The show ran for three seasons. In 2014, de Cadenet began hosting the Lifetime show Undateable, which helps women who are struggling in their love lives.
De Cadenet is the author of the book It’s Messy: On Boys, Boobs, and Badass Women (2017). The book is a collection of essays about her life and her feminism.
De Cadenet has been married three times. Her first husband was Duran Duran bassist John Taylor. They were married from 1991 to 1995 and have two daughters: Atlanta (born 1992) and Ella (born 1994). Her second husband was Gavin Rossdale, lead singer of the band Bush. They were married from 2002 to 2015 and have two sons: Kingston (born 2006) and Zuma (born 2008). Her third husband is Thomas Cohen, lead singer of the band S.C.U.M. They were married in 2016 and have one son: Roman (born 2017).
