Sienna Tiggy Guillory is an English actress and model, born in Fulham, London, on 28 March 1975. Her mother, Fiona Leland Guillory, is a former model and her father, Paul Guillory, is a photographer. She has two sisters, Savannah and Sasha. Guillory’s paternal grandfather was of African-Jamaican descent and her paternal grandmother was of Irish descent; her maternal grandfather was of Russian Jewish descent and her maternal grandmother was of English and German ancestry.

Guillory attended Alleyn’s School in Dulwich, South London. After leaving school, she worked as a model for a short time. She then studied acting at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London.

Guillory’s first professional acting role was in the British television film The Treasure Seekers (1996), based on the book by Edith Nesbit. She subsequently appeared in the British television series Lovejoy (1997) and Midsomer Murders (1998). In 2000, she made her film debut in the British comedy film Maybe Baby, starring Hugh Laurie and Joely Richardson.

In 2003, Guillory starred as Jill Valentine in the action horror film Resident Evil: Apocalypse, based on the video game series of the same name. She reprised her role as Valentine in the 2007 sequel, Resident Evil: Extinction. From 2008 to 2009, she starred as Dr. Evelyn Ryan in the British medical drama television series Holby City.

In 2010, Guillory starred as Dorian Gray in the fantasy horror film Dorian Gray, based on the novel The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. She also had a supporting role in the action thriller film Sucker Punch (2011).

From 2013 to 2016, Guillory starred as Selena Jones in the British police procedural television series Endeavour.

Guillory has been married twice. Her first husband was actor Jonny Lee Miller, with whom she has two daughters: Iris (born 2008) and Daisy (born 2011). The couple divorced in 2014. Her second husband is actor Andrew Lee Potts, whom she married in 2015. The couple have one son: Reuben (born 2017).
