Sabrina Soto is an American television host, designer, and producer. She is best known for her work on The High/Low Project, a home improvement show that aired on the Oprah Winfrey Network. Soto was born in Miami, Florida, on April 28, 1978, to Cuban immigrants. She has two older sisters. Soto’s parents divorced when she was young, and she was raised by her mother. Soto attended the Design and Architecture Senior High School in Miami. After graduation, she studied interior design at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
Soto’s career began as a designer for a home furnishings company. She later became a stylist and producer for HGTV. In 2010, Soto began hosting The High/Low Project. The show ran for two seasons and featured Soto renovating homes on a budget. Soto has also appeared as a guest on several other home improvement shows, including The Ellen DeGeneres Show and The Rachael Ray Show. In addition to her work in television, Soto has also designed products for Target and Home Depot.
She has written two books, The Style Strategy and Fresh American Spaces. Soto is married to John DeSilva, a real estate developer. They have two children together.
