Corretjer began her career as a singer in the 1980s. She has released several albums, including En la intimidad (1991), Millie (1992), and Tu y yo (1995). She has also appeared in a number of films and television shows. In addition to her singing career, Corretjer has also worked as a television presenter. She has hosted the talk show Día a Día with Millie Corretjer on WAPA-TV since 2009.
