Miguel Pérez Jr. (born April 12, 1983) is an American mixed martial artist and former professional wrestler. He is currently signed to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he competes in the welterweight division.

Pérez was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He was raised in Chicago, Illinois, from the age of three. He has two older sisters. His father worked as a construction worker and his mother was a homemaker. Pérez began wrestling when he was five years old and continued to compete through high school. He was a three-time state champion in Illinois and was ranked as one of the top high school wrestlers in the country.

Pérez began his mixed martial arts (MMA) career in 2009. He competed in various regional promotions in the United States and Canada, amassing a record of 12–2 before being signed by the UFC in 2012. Pérez made his UFC debut against Johny Hendricks at UFC 141, losing via unanimous decision. He has since gone on to compete against some of the top welterweights in the world, including Robbie Lawler, Rory MacDonald, and Carlos Condit. Pérez has a professional MMA record of 22–9–1.

In May 2019, it was announced that Pérez had signed a new multi-fight contract with the UFC. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Pérez has been married to his wife, Amanda, since 2008. The couple has two children together.
