John Beck is an American actor. He was born on May 28, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. His parents were John and Marion Beck. He has two sisters, Nancy and Barbara. He attended high school at New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois.
He then studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1965. He began his acting career in 1966 with the film “The Young Runaways”. He has also appeared in the films “The Delta Force” (1986), “Lethal Weapon” (1987), “Die Hard” (1988), “Lethal Weapon 2” (1989), “Lethal Weapon 3” (1992), “Lethal Weapon 4” (1998) and “Die Hard with a Vengeance” (1995). He has also appeared in the television series “Beverly Hills, 90210” (1990-2000), “Melrose Place” (1992-1999) and “Charmed” (1998-2006).
He has been married to actress Catherine Hickland since 1987. They have two children together, Tyler and Samantha.
