Daniel Lee (born October 3, 1983) is a Korean-American businessman and entrepreneur. He is the co-founder and CEO of Wish, a leading e-commerce platform. Wish was founded in 2010 and has since become one of the most popular shopping apps, with over 200 million users worldwide.
Lee was born in Seoul, South Korea, and moved to the United States with his family at the age of 3. He grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied electrical engineering and computer science.
After graduation, Lee worked as a software engineer at Google for a few years before leaving to start Wish. Wish has been a huge success, and Lee has been instrumental in its growth. The company is now worth billions of dollars, and Lee himself is a billionaire.
Lee is married to fellow billionaire and Wish co-founder, Peter Szulczewski. The couple has two children.
