Burt Jenner was born on September 6, 1955 in Los Angeles, California, the son of Olympic decathlete Bruce Jenner and Chrystie Crownover. He has two sisters, Lisa and Pam. Burt Jenner was educated at the Windward School in Los Angeles and then attended San Diego State University.
Burt Jenner’s career began as a professional motocross racer. He raced in the AMA Motocross Championship from 1974 to 1976. He then switched to road racing and competed in the IMSA GT Championship from 1977 to 1979. In 1980, he made his debut in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, finishing in fourth place. He also competed in the 1981 Indianapolis 500, finishing in ninth place.
In 1982, Burt Jenner retired from racing and became a Hollywood stuntman. He has worked on such films as “The A-Team”, “The Dukes of Hazzard”, “The Cannonball Run”, “The Karate Kid” and “The Expendables”. He has also appeared in episodes of the television series “CHiPs” and “The Fall Guy”.
