After the show ended, Lamberg appeared in the films Freaky Friday (2003) and Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen (2004). He also had guest roles on the television shows Crossing Jordan and Without a Trace. In 2008, Lamberg reprised his role as Gordo for the Lizzie McGuire Movie. After the movie, he retired from acting.

Lamberg attended San Francisco State University, where he studied geography. He graduated in 2006.
